How to register and complete NRP course pre-work

1. Set up an NRP Global ID account

 

2. Do you have an NRP Learning Platform Global ID?

A-If you have completed an 8th Edition NRP class in the last 3-4 years you have a global ID.  If you forgot/lost your global ID or are unsure, you can call RQI at 1-866-293-1034 to retrieve your Global ID.

 

B-If you do not have a global ID, please follow the prompts on the NRP Learning Platform website to register and be assigned the ID. (Link provided on the Center of Excellence in Education website)

 

3. Once you have your Global ID, send the email address you used to set up your NRP account to The Center of Excellence in Education.  This allows CEE staff to assign the online course. Once it is assigned you will receive an access code  good for 24 hours.

 

4. When you have completed the above steps, you will have access to the online course.  In addition, you will have access to the NRP e-textbook for 2 years.

 

 

There are 3 components to the online course:

-Essentials learning assessment

-Advanced learning assessment

-Course survey

All 3 must be completed prior to class.
